Very poor

Such a poor team of programmers! I have emailed them close to 20 times requesting fixes for the most basic of "partner errors". North retains valuable trump cards (making elementary meld expectations impossible ), and overbids with no meld potential !!
No one would play with a human partner who made these kinds of PROFOUND mistakes.
In addition, I have emailed this company ("Fishdog") more than 20 times ...... With no response and no fixes, no explanations, no responses.

SAVE YOUR MONEY - THIS ONE IS BEYOND BAD -- I am going to request my money back (perhaps thats the only language Fishdog speaks ?)
